Don Turner is a focused professional who has worked hard to attain the status and accolades that accompany success. He has been a trendsetter in the mortgage business since 2005 and the real estate business since 1994. His focus is on an open line of communication with the prospect and client to ensure a smooth and on time closing. Each year Don invests in continued education to maintain the level of knowledge and professionalism that prospects and clients have recognized when working with his team. As a result, Don has obtained many accolades from his peers.

Don is a native Houstonian that grew up in southwest Houston and graduated from Sharpstown High School. After graduation, Don experienced several job opportunities from construction to restaurant management before he enlisted into the U.S. Air force. While serving his country, Don achieved several accomplishments and was recognized as Airman of the month (4 times). Airman of the quarter (3 times) and Airman of the year. He was also awarded the achievement medal and a commendation medal. During his enlistment, Don also advanced his education while attending Northland Community College, University of North Dakota, Texas Christian University, and the University of Houston.

After exiting the Air force, Don was presented with the opportunity to build his own business as a Farmers Insurance Agent. Successfully building his business to a recognized level. After fifteen years he retired from Farmers and launched his real estate career in 1994. Don has always had a passion for real estate since high school while studying architectural drafting.

He now resides in Fort Bend County. Don’s past community involvement extends from coaching little league baseball, dedicated volunteer in Fort Bend ISD school activities, JROTC, FFA booster club member, served on his neighborhood Homeowners Association and served on several committees at Pecan Grove Plantation Country Club in addition to being a member of the Fort Bend County Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association.
